The Assignment: Create a logo, colours and fonts for a fictional French restaurant operating in Vancouver’s Gastown. Design a menu using the elements created.

The Design: This restaurant is inspired by mid-century modern design, I wanted it to have an air of mystery with the atmosphere of a pub - lots of groups and chatter. The restaurant would be open 5pm-late hence the name, Soiree, which is French for “an evening gathering or party”.
