The Assignment: Come up with a fictional coffee shop and create it’s brand identity, brand guide, packaging, and site layout.

The Design: I’m always drawn to knowing the story and people behind a brand so I wanted this small, local shop to be tied to a persona which is how I came up with the fictional character of Pop. Pop is a motorcycle loving, rough around the edges, old-school guy who found his passion in roasting coffee and getting to know his community. After creating Pop, the rest of the brand fell into place. I had so much fun working on this project and love how it turned out.
